Agrawal Order On Board 02/12/2019 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners solemnized the Nikah on 28.9.2019 and they wish to solemnize marriage further by adopting /

following the rituals as they are major but the respondent No. 6 is interfering with the same and he is not permitting to marry them and, therefore, police protection be granted to the petitioners.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner files an application for police protection before the Superintendent of Police, Surguja, that will be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
