1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was transferred from Manager, Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Raipur to Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mungeli by order dated 14.08.2019. Thereafter, he assumed the charge and joined at the transferred place on 19.08.2019. Now again by the impugned order dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P1) the petitioner has been transferred from CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mungeli to Deputy Secretary Mantralaya, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, Raipur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that within a short span of time

the petitioner has been transferred and the petitioner has been subjected to the frequent transfer, therefore, the transfer is bad in law and required to be quashed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier transferred on 14.08.2019 from Manager, Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Raipur to Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mungeli and by the impugned transfer order dated 25.11.2019 he has now again been transferred to Deputy Secretary Mantralaya, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, Raipur. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been subjected to aforesaid transfer within a short period of time, petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation in this regard before the grievance redressal committee within a period of 15 days from today and the committee in turn shall decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order dated 25.11.2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
