1. The limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the respondents in not including the name of the petitioner in the voters list of Ward No.6, Railway Colony, Krishna Nagar, Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already approached the authorities in accordance with rules and guidelines governing the field but his name till date has not been reflected in the voters list of the Ward No.6, Railway Colony, Krishna Nagar, Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon.

3. Given the fact that the application of the petitioner has till date not been finally decided, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 & 3 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner so far as his application for inclusion of his name in the voters list in Ward No.6, Railway Colony, Krishna Nagar, Dongargarh,

Rajnandgaon is concerned. The petitioner is directed to approach the respondent No.3 tomorrow i.e. 30.11.2019 and respondent No.3 in turn shall act upon the order of this Court by duly considering the application of the petitioner during the course of the day itself tomorrow after due verification of the facts.

4. Learned Additional Advocate General is also directed to communicate to the respondent No.2 & 3 for appropriate and expeditious disposal of the case.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
