1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Services Project, Jaijaipur, District JanjgirChampa to Integrated Child Development Services Project Pasan, District Korba.

2. It is contended that the petitioner is 45% disabled and she is treated for Cancer. Learned counsel refers to different documents and submits under the circumstances, the transfer of the petitioner may be canceled and she may be posted nearby place so that she can continue her treatment. It is further contended till date, as per the instructions, no one has joined in place of the petitioner.

3. Perused the medical documents which shows that the petitioner is suffering from Cancer and the disability certificate wherein the petitioner

has been shown to be 45% disabled. Considering the medical documents of cancer and disability certificate, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 3 weeks and the Committee shall decide the same sympathetically within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Since it is stated that no one has joined in place of the petitioner till date, taking into fact, subject to verification as on today, the petitioner shall not be forced to join her transferred place. It is directed that till the representation is decided, status quo shall be maintained in respect of the posting of the petitioner, subject to aforesaid conditions.
