1. Offence punishable under Sections 420, 466, 467, 471 read with Section 34 of the IPC were registered against the applicants herein by the jurisdictional criminal Court against which they preferred a revision but that was dismissed and learned Chief Judicial Magistrate issued arrest warrant against them but the applicants

had already been admitted to the privilege of anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 13/12/2018 in MCRCA No. 1443 of 2018.

2. In view of the above, applicants are at liberty to inform the Chief Judicial Magistrate that they have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail and may pray for recall of warrant of arrest that has already been issued by providing a copy of the order granting anticipatory bail. In that event, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate will consider that application and recall the order of warrant of arrest issued against the applicants as they have already been enlarged the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13/12/2018.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate by e-mail/fax.
