The relief(s) sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to determine and grant pension, time bound pay scale unpaid salary with arrears and consequential retiral dues.

Learned State Counsel would submit that the time bound pay scale and pension have been determined, however, the unpaid salary for the period of suspension is to be determined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they do not dispute the fact that pension and time bound pay scale have been determined and now the unpaid salary for the suspension period is to be paid. Considering the submissions made by the parties, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the concerned respondents to settle the dues of unpaid salary of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order.
