1. This Court vide order dated 08.05.2019 had directed the respondents to consider the case for regularization and pass an appropriate decision.

2. Today, the Counsel for the respondents enters appearance and produces an order passed by the Commissioner Higher Education Department dated 15.01.2020 whereby the claim of the petitioner stands rejected. The order dated 15.01.2020 is being taken on record.

3. Given the facts that the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied with. In case, if petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 15.01.2020, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of fresh proceedings, accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
