1. The present petition has been filed for correction of name of the applicant mentioned in order dated 18.11.2019 passed by this Court in MCRC(A) No. 1286/2019 (D. Ravi Kumar Sahu & Anr. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

2. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the bail application itself name of the applicant was wrongly mentioned as D. Ravi Kumar Sahu and accordingly the said name of the applicant is printed in the bail order dated 18.11.2019 passed in MCRC(A) No. 1286/2019. He further submits that the correct name of the applicant is " D. Kumar Sahu " Thus, he prays for necessary correction.

3. On due consideration, the error is corrected. Name of the applicant "D. Kumar Sahu" be read in place of " D. Ravi Kumar Sahu " in order dated 18.11.2019 passed in MCRC(A) No. 1286/2019.
