1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the Order dated 05.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5714 of 2019 by this Court.

2. The respondents entering their appearance, have brought on record a document dated 02.12.2019, whereby the representation of the petitioner/applicant has since been rejected. In view of the same, the respondents having taken a decision, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. If at all, if the petitioner/applicant is aggrieved of the subsequent order dated 02.12.2019, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
