Petitioner's prayer is that the petitioner though is working as Data Entry Operator under the Public Works Department, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara since 2007, despite the fact he has rendered more than 10 years of service, his services are not being regularized, therefore the petitioner has preferred representation Annexure P-4 and prayed that the said representation may be directed to be decided.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, since representation has been made to the Secretary, Public Works Department, respondent No.1, it is directed that same may be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
