This anticipatory bail application has remained pending since 25.11.2019.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as coaccused Santram has been granted regular bail vide order dated 06.11.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.5676 of 2019, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application. Claiming that case of the applicant is similarly situated, it is submitted that the Court below may be directed to decide regular bail application on the same day. 3.

Considering the submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file regular bail application. In case, the applicant surrenders and files regular bail application, the same shall be decided at the earliest and not later than three days from the date of filing of the application.
