Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for parole of second term has not been decided till now and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Shri Ahluwalia, learned Dy. Advocate General submits that the aforesaid application will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 3.
In view of above, respondent No. 3 - Director General Prisons is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for parole of second term within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No. 3Director General, Prisons for compliance and needful. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
