1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No.5794 of 2019, therefore, the same order may be passed in the present writ petition also.
3. This Court in WPS No.5794 of 2019 on 06.08.2019 has passed the following order:- "3.Challenge in this petition is that though the petitioners were initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III and have subsequently been absorbed to the Education Department, they have by now completed 10 years of service and therefore they are entitled for the benefit of Karmonnati as per rules governing the field, however, the respondents till date have not granted the said benefit to the petitioners.
4. Given the limited grievance which the petitioners have raised, let the petitioners make a suitable representation to the respondents No.3 & 4 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents No.3 & 4, in turn, shall take a decision on the granting of Kramonnati to the petitioners within a further period of 90 days.
5. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of."
6. Learned State counsel has no objection.
7. It is ordered accordingly. The ratio laid down in the case supra shall also govern the cause of lis in this case and will have the same effect and operation.
