1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from the Integrated Child Development Service Center, Malkharoda, District Janjgir Champa to Integrated Child Development Service Center, Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur.

3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already served more than 6 years i.e. from 1994 to 1999 at the scheduled area again she has

been transferred to the scheduled area and it is stated that the mother of the petitioner is paralyzed and therefore, it is extremely difficult for her at this stage while she is at the fag end of the service to take her to the transferred place where the proper treatment facilities are not available. It is further contended that no one has joined in place of the petitioner till date. It is prayed that the petitioner may be posted in the nearby place so that she can take care of her mother.

4. Considering the submission made, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 3 weeks from today and the Committee in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, if the petitioner is not been given charge to some one, status quo with respect to the posting of the petitioner shall be maintained.
