The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in M.Cr.C.No.6146/2019 with regard to name of police station.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in M.Cr.C.No.6146/2019, the name of the police station has wrongly been mentioned by him as 'Police Station - Purani Bhilai, District Durg (C.G.)', whereas, as per the record, the correct name of the police station is "Police Station - Pulgaon, District Durg."

I have gone through the impugned order and perused the bail rejection order of the trial Court available in M.Cr.C.No.6146/2019.

From perusal of record (bail rejection order of the Court below), it appears that the correct name of the Police Station is 'Pulgaon'. Thus, the error with regard to the name of police station is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the name of the police station be read as "Police Station - Pulgaon, District Durg (C.G.)" instead of 'Police Station - Purani Bhilai, District Durg (C.G.)'.

The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 22.11.2019 passed in MCRC No.6146/2019.

With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of.

Certified copy today itself.
