The limited relief has sought is for an appropriate directions to the respondents for correction in the Nistar Patrak. 2.

According to the counsel for the Petitioner, the respondents have initiated the proceedings and an enquiry was also conducted and equiry report has also been submitted but till date no final decision has been taken. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, respondents are directed to decide the said claim of the petitioner at the earliest within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
