Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the cause shown, W.P.No.6156/2000 is restored to its original number subject to the condition that the cost of Rs.2,000/- which was earlier directed to be deposited, should be deposited within a period of three days. It is made clear that if the cost of Rs.2,000/- is not paid within three days, the writ petition shall be treated as automatically dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
