1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents authorities to file closure report before the jurisdictional criminal Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite having been investigated the matter and having been found that no offence is made out against the petitioner, yet closure report has not been filed by the respondents authorities before the jurisdictional criminal Court, which is ex-facie illegal and arbitrary.

3. On instructions, Mr.Ravi Bhagat, learned Deputy

Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 4/State, would submit that closure report will be filed within 10 days from today before the jurisdictional criminal Court.

4. Taking the submission of learned Deputy Government Advocate for the respondent/State on record, the writ petition is disposed of. No cost(s).
