1. This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier his first bail application was rejected vide order dated 04/10/2018 passed in MCRC No. 6155/2018. His second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25/07/2019 passed in MCRC No. 4364/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial within stipulated time.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as soon as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Trial Court is also directed to submit progress report of the trial in every two months from today.

4. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send a copy of this order immediately to concerned trial Court.
