1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner had filed a writ petition bearing WPS No. 3774 of 2019 with a prayer to post him in and around Raipur. The representation was directed to be decided subsequently the order dated 06.11.2019 have been passed wherein the petitioner has been transferred from Baster to Atal University Bilaspur.

3. It is contended that in the meanwhile the petitioner had lost his mother and he is left with only 3 years for superannuation, therefore, the petitioner shall

be posted in and around Raipur.

4. Perusal of the document shows that the petitioner stood relieved on 25.11.2019, therefore, the only prayer made at this movement is to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 made to the Chief Secretary State of C.G.

5. Taking into the fact that the petitioner already stood relieved. The petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to Respondent No. 1 within a period of 3 weeks from today which may be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner may raise of the grievance and place all the relevant documents in such representation.
