1. Heard.
2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has worked with the respondent No.2 and as per the document Annexure P-5, it shows that the petitioner though have worked with respondent No.2, but his salary has not been released for the last 4 months.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner at present has made the representation, however, the same has remained undecided, therefore, the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation of
the petitioner along with the release of salary.
4. Considering the document Annexure P-5, which purports that the petitioner has worked, however, he has not been paid the salary for four months i.e. for the month of August, September, October and November, 2019, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and release the salary of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.
