For the reasons assigned in the said application and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, subject to the applicant/petitioner depositing cost of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today and furnishing the receipt of the same to the Registry WPS No. 1415 of 2019 would stand restored to its original number. The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
