The present writ petition has been filed seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondents for removal of the encroachment of government Nistar land in Khasra No. 717, measuring 28 Sq. Mtr. situated at Village- Bharda, Tahsil- Saja, District Bemetara.

Perusal of record would show that there is already an order passed by respondent no.3 - Tahsildar, Saja on 23.8.2019 for removal of encroachment. 3.

Given the fact that there is already an order passed by the Tahsildar, Saja, nothing further remains for this Court to be adjudicated upon and for issuing an appropriate direction to the respondents. However, it is expected that respondent no.3 would take all necessary steps required for enforcing the order that has already been passed on 23.8.2019, in its letter and spirit, at the earliest, in accordance with law.
