Pursuant to the order dated 16.09.2019 whereby the petitioner was granted two weeks' time to remove the default which was an peremptory order. Subsequently, the writ petition stood dismissed vide the order dated 03.10.2019 as the default could not be removed within the stipulated time. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be granted two weeks' time as a last indulgence to remove the default to restore the case. Considering the prayer to advance the cause of justice on merits, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to remove the default from today. The orders dated 16.09.2019 and 03.10.2019 therefore are set aside / recalled and WPC No. 2237/2019 is restored to its original number, subject to removal of the default within two weeks from today.
