1. The petitioner who was working as Area Officer has been promoted as Executive Officer vide order dated 05.10.2018. It is contended that though the petitioner was promoted, his pay fixation has not yet been finalised to the promotional post and the benefits of promotional post are not being paid to him. It is stated that the Collector has also directed the Managing Director Chhattisgarh State Antyavasai Sahakari Vitta and Vikas Nigam vide letter dated 06.03.2019 for pay fixation on the promotional post and disburse the same to the petitioner, however, the same has not been given heed to. Therefore, the respondents may be directed to finalize the pay fixation on the promoted post of Executive Officer and shall pay the promotional benefits in the salary of the petitioner.

2. Perused the letter of Collector dated 06.03.2019 whereby the case of petitioner for pay fixation on promotional post and payment thereof has been recommended. Having regard to the letter of Collector, it is directed that respondent No.2 shall finalize the pay fixation in consequence of promotion of the petitioner to the Post of Executive Officer and shall grant all promotional benefits in the salary of the petitioner from the date of his joining to the promoted post within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
