The present MCC has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking restoration of WPS No. 6389/2019 which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 26.8.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application for restoration, subject to the applicant depositing a cost of Rs.1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Bar Association Library Funds within a period of seven days from today and furnishing a receipt of the same to the Registry of this Court, the present MCC shall stand allowed and WPS No. 6389/2019 shall be restored to its original number.
