1. Heard.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Nandini Road Centre, Bhilai, District Durg to Raigarh Centre, District Raigarh. It is further contended that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Minister (Annexure P-4) however the same has not been decided, despite it has been forwarded by the Minister. It is further contended that petitioner's wife is also working as Nurse at Government Hospital, Bhilai. In the outset it shows that the transfer order is of 14.08.2019 and already 4 months have passed, therefore the petitioner is
given a liberty to file a fresh representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State within a period of 3 weeks from today. Thereafter the committee shall decide the same within a period of 45 days. Since 4 months have already passed, therefore, at this stage I am not inclined to pass any restraint order of Interim protection, however, the petitioner claim that he is still working at old place of posting and has not been relieved in such eventuality without going further merit of issue it is directed that status quo shall be maintained, till the representation is decided.
3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Jyoti
