1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially suspended on 13.11.2018. Subsequently, by the order dated 06.12.2018 passed in WPS No.8028 of 2018 this Court ordered to decide the case of the petitioner and the suspension was subsequently revoked on 18.02.2019 and the petitioner was posted at Land Records Ambikapur, District Sarguja. Subsequently, the petitioner has been transferred from R.I. Circle Kedma, Tahsil Udaypur.
2. It is contended that the petitioner though has requested for transfer to the other particular place, but his request is not acceded; however, he has been transferred to other place. The petitioner's claim appears to be without any substance, as the government employee cannot claim to be
posted of a particular place, it is the prerogative of the Government and incidence of service to place a particular person to a particular place.
3. In view of the above, the petition sans merit and accordingly is dismissed. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Ashok
