1. Heard.
2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working at Chhattisgarh Rajya Antyavasai Sahkari Vitta Evam Vikash Vibhag and was promoted from the post of Assistant Grade-III to Assistant Grade-II vide order dated 15.10.2018 subsequent to his promotion he joined the promotional post on 22.01.2019, however, the petitioner is not being paid the pay scale for the promotional post, therefore, he has made a representation (Annexure P-2) which may be decided and promotional pay scale of Assistant Grade-II may be paid.
3. Perusal of the document prima facie shows that there is no dispute to the
fact that the petitioner was promoted. Considering the same fact, if the petitioner has already been promoted then he is entitled for the benefit and emoluments which are paid to the person who is promoted. Consequently Respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner for payment of the promotional pay scale of Assistant Grade-II within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
