1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ
petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for taking appropriate decision on the application that the petitioner has filed before the respondents 4 & 6 in the light of the order passed by the Commissioner, Surguja Division dated 12.03.2019 Annexure P-4.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is directed to approach the respondents 4 & 6 afresh by a fresh representation to be made within a period of 15 days from today and the respondents 4 & 6 shall take an appropriate decision on the said representation within a further period of 45 days subject to verification of the fact as to whether the order of the Commissioner has further been challenged or not and whether the claim of the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents 4 & 6 or not.
