Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the question of relationship between the petitioner and respondent at the time of evidence. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable, therefore, he is allowed to withdraw the present petition.
