Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 06/12/2019
1. Heard.
2. The present petition is against the transfer of the petitioner from one office to another in District Raipur. It is contended that the office of the petitioner wherein the petitioner has been transferred is 32 kms and the petitioner is suffering from various diseases like cardiac issues and spondylitis. Therefore, it will be very difficult for him to travel and the transfer may be cancelled.
3. The ground as has been urged, I do not find any genuine reason to cancel the transfer as it is from one office to another in same District. If it causes problem, then in such case the government machinery can not work . The petition is without substance and sans any merit.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
