1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.173/2019, registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir - Champa C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the IPC.
2. Considering that the applicant is involved in theft of cash amount of ₹ 10,000/-, one gold chain and one silver
MCRCA No. 2050 of 2019 ornament, it appears his custodial interrogation would be required, therefore, this is not a fit case for applicant to be released on anticipatory bail.
3. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed. However, if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be decided at the earliest preferably in one day.
