1. After hearing the submissions made by the counsel for applicant this Court does not feel inclined to grant bail to the applicant, therefore, the application is rejected at this stage.

2. However, looking to the detention of the applicant in jail the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. In case the trial is not concluded within 3 months from the date of passing of this order, the applicant shall have liberty to file repeat bail application.
