After arguing fairly for a long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application under Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional criminal Court.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable, therefore, he is allowed to withdraw the present petition.
