1. The limited prayer of the petitioners is that the petitioners were placed in the

waiting list for the recruitment held for the post of Constable MT (Driver), Constable (Water Carrier) & Constable (Cook) in the Chhattisgarh Armed Force.

2. It is contended that after the result was declared few of the selected candidates did not join on the said posts as such automatically the right of the petitioners ripened for consideration for the appointment as they were in the waiting list, consequently, the petitioners may be considered for appointment. It is further contended that for all practical purposes the petitioners must know where they stand.

3. Learned State counsel would submit that if the petitioners make a detailed representation in this regard before the respondent No.2, the same would be decided so that it would make the facts clear.

4. Taking into such fact and the limited prayer made, the petitioners are given liberty to make representation within a period of 15 days from today canvassing entire grievance and on such representation being filed, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
