1. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2019, which is an application for cononation of delay in filing the instant MCC.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 466 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

3. Also heard on application for restoration of FA No. 27 of 2012 which was dismissed on 20.07. 2018 for want of prosecution.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Smt. Rekha Tekwani, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 27 of 2012.

5. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FA No. 27 of 2012 is restored to its original number.

6. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 27 of 2012.
