1. This application for grant of anticipatory bail was filed by the applicant when offence alleged under Sections 341, 354 IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act was registered against him. Now it is informed that against the applicant, offence under Section 376 IPC as also offence under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has also been registered against him.

2. Though learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be granted time to appropriately amend the bail application seeking bail against registration of offence under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, such prayer cannot be considered unless the informant is also impleaded in the spirit of provision contained in Section 439 (1) (a) Cr.P.C.

3. This application is, therefore, disposed off with liberty to the applicant to
