Heard on application for restoration of WPS No.9819 of 2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 28.11.2019. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 28.11.2019 passed in WPS No.9819 of 2019 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No.9819 of 2019 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
