1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for the illegal allotment of Shop No. 1 in the development office of Nagar Panchayat Sarangarh Distt. Raigarh.
2. According to the counsel for the Petitioner, the respondents No. 5 in fact had not participated in the auction proceedings yet he had been alloted the said shop . He further submits that petitioner has already preferred an objection / representation to the respondent No. 3 but the same till date has not been considered/ decided.
-23. Given the said facts, the respondent No. 3 shall take a decision on the representation/ objection that the petitioner has made in respect of allotment of shop to the respondent No. 5. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
