1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was retired on 30.06.2018. Subsequent to his retirement he has not been given retiral dues till date. Learned counsel further submits that Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No. 5256 of 2016 by judgment dated 17.02.2017 has ordered for constitution of a Committee to look after the problems of retired persons.

Pursuant to that a Committee has been constituted and it is stated that this matter may also be referred to the Committee and the Committee may decide the claim of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 would submit that the Committee is now working under the State.

3. Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact brought to the notice of the Court by the petitioner.

4. In view of this, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation regarding entire retiral claim before the said Committee within a period of three weeks from today. The petitioner shall also submit two extra set of representation to the Advocate General Office.

5. The detailed representation so filed shall be decided by the said Committee within a further period of 3 months.
