1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that she has made an application on 22.01.2019 for compassionate appointment on the ground that her father Shri Shiv Kumar Pandey died in harness on 17.10.2016, thereafter, she being the daughter filed an application for compassionate appointment on 22.01.2019, however, the same has not been considered.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition in its present form stands disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to take a decision on the application of petitioner in accordance with the rules, regulations and the Scheme governing the field, if it has been received by the

department and the same has also till date not been decided.

3. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
