1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Sector Daija, Block Takhatpur, District Bilaspur to Sector Ranjana, Block Katghora, District Korba.
3. It is stated that thereafter the petitioner has made a representation to Secretary for cancellation of his transfer on the various grounds that children of petitioner are studying and if this mid session transfer is effected,
it will have negative impact. He further submits that petitioner's mother is ailing and he has already served in Scheduled area. It is contended that the petitioner representation may be directed to be considered by the Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department which is (Annexure P-2).
4. Considering the limited prayer the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 1 within a period of three weeks from today which may be decided within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
