Counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in as much as the respondents on due consideration of the claim of the petitioners for grant of kramonnati found them not entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati and accordingly have rejected the claim vide order dated 16.08.2021. Given the fact that the claim of the petitioners have been rejected vide order dated 16.08.2021, the order of this Court stands complied with. If at all if the petitioners are aggrieved of the subsequent development so far as the order dated 16.08.2021, they would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
