The Petitioner has moved this petition, pointing out a typographical mistake occurred in paragraph 3, sub para 10.1 of the order dated 15.10.2019 with

regard to the 'number' of the tender proceedings and it is sought to be corrected.

Heard Shri A.K. Prasad, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as Shri Siddharth Dubey, the learned Deputy Government Advocate representing the State.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the specific prayer raised by the Petitioner with reference to the tender no. '46920', unfortunately came to be typed as tender no. '47000', as given in sub para 10.1 of paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 15.10.2019.

We have perused the records. We find that the mistake pointed by the Petitioner is liable to be corrected. In the said circumstances, the MCC stands allowed. The number of the tender proceeding as mentioned in sub para 10.1 of paragraph 3 of the judgment will stand corrected as tender no. 46920, instead of tender no. 47000.
