1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Head Constable, 7th B.N. C.G. Arms Force, Bhilai he was absorbed to M.T. Pool, Raipur on 19.04.2011 and his services were repatriated back to parent department C.G. Arms Force by order dated 30.03.2015. It is stated that however, the petitioner was not relieved, therefore, he continued to work at M.T. Pool, Raipur, however, he is presently being pressed to be relieved. He submits that few of the similarly placed petitioner have filed WPS No. 760 of 2016 wherein this Court on 22.03.2017 has passed the order in their favour and likewise the petitioner
may also be considered.

Considering the fact, that the petitioner services were repatriated back in the year 2015 and challenge is made in the year 2019, therefore, without any observation on the merits and after perusal of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 760 of 2016 on 22.03.2017, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to the concern respondents within 3 weeks from today. The same having been filed shall be decide within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
