Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title of WPS No.8714/2019 name and address of the petitioner has been shown as Smt. Chandana Tiwari S/o Shri Ranjandas Lahre, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Singhanpuri, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh. It is contended that because of the typographical mistake, mistake has occurred actually it should have been written as Smt. Chandana Tiwari, W/o Shri Uma Shankar Tiwari, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Gondpara, Dongariya, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh, therefore same may be corrected.

Having considered the fact, it is directed that in the cause title of WPS No.8714/2019 instead of Smt. Chandana Tiwari S/o Shri Ranjandas Lahre, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Singhanpuri, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh it should be read as Smt. Chandana Tiwari, W/o Shri Uma Shankar Tiwari, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Gondpara, Dongariya, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh.

It is also made clear that in the caption of the order dated 22/10/2019 passed in WPS No.8714/2019 instead of Smt. Chandana Tiwari S/o Shri Ranjandas Lahre, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Singhanpuri, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh it should be read as Smt. Chandana Tiwari, W/o Shri Uma Shankar Tiwari, Aged About 33 Years, Working As Assistant Teacher (L.B.) And Posted At Government Primary School Gondpara, Dongariya, Block Lormi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh.

Accordingly, MCC stands disposed of.
