1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide regular bail application of the applicant on the same day on her surrender.

2. State counsel has no objection to this proposition.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Court below to decide the bail application of the applicant on same day on her surrender.
