1. At the very outset, leaned counsel appearing for the parties jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved herein has already been considered and decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Ayodhya Prasad Thakur V. State of Chhattisgarh and others (WPS No.2948 of 2013 {decided on 06.12.2013} and other connected matters, and therefore, this petition may also be disposed off in view of the above observations made in Ayodhya Prasad Thakur (supra).

2. The prayer appears to be reasonable and is allowed.

3. Learned State counsel do not oppose the fact brought to the notice of the Court that similar issue has been decided in WPS No. 3168 of 2017.

4. This Court, while disposing of WPS No.2948 of 2013 (Ayodhya Prasad Thakur V. State of Chhattisgarh and others) has observed in para 11 as under :

"11. For the foregoing, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioners, who have acquired the qualification as mentioned in the circular after 01.03.1999 are held entitled for 2 advance increments."

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed off in terms of Ayodhya Prasad Thakur (supra) with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and allow her the benefit as mentioned above after verifying the facts and her eligibility.

6. No order as to costs.
