1. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary School, Dogipani, Block Baramkela to Primary School, Gotma, Block Pusaur vide order dated 12.07.2019.

2. It is contended that the transfer place is far away and he further submits that he has made a representation (Annexure P-3) that may be considered.

3. Perused the documents and taking into the fact that transfer order is dated

12.07.2019 and already 5 months have passed and prima facie it appears that the petitioner has already made a representation under the circumstances the Collector, Raigarh is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) within a outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
